Site Survey
Based on the nature of job, a series of detailed site surveys are conducted by our surveyors to the Data Collection as per recognized Engineering Standards & Regulations to establish the actual requirements.
Selection of Technology/System
Based on the surveys, we select and propose the optimum and cost effective systems and products range etc. which suits the specific requirement to the Consultant or End-user.
Basic & Detailed Engineering
Based on the System / Technology selected, we offer basic and detailed engineering design of the proposed system i.e., Sizing & Selection of the Equipment; Development of Plot Plan Layouts; Hydraulic Calculations; Pipe and Cable Routing drawings to come up with the appropriate Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for the job.
Project Planning
Project Planning is being done on Microsoft Projects. Milestones, critical activities, timelines, deadlines and targets are established, realized and marked on the Gain Charts before site mobilization.
Project Monitoring & Management
Weekly Meetings are scheduled with the Client’s representative & our Project Managers at site as well as in our offices to monitor the project progress.
